Starting the school year

Beginning of the School Year NewsletterWhat to expect in the first weeks: schedules, routines, and what's changed this year. K–8 Supply ListEverything your child needs, by grade level. Forms to complete and return

Administering Medication at SchoolRequired any time your child needs medication during the school day, including over-the-counter. Complete before sending anything to school. QCS Crusader Athletics FormsThe full packet for Crusaders sports: participation agreement, insurance waiver, concussion information, and IESA guidelines. A current sports physical is also required before the first practice. PMO Band & Choir RegistrationTo sign up for band or choir through the Parochial Music Organization. Record of Volunteer HoursFor tracking the hours you give to the school through the year.
