Grades, attendance, lunch balances and tuition payments. Here's where to log in, the codes you'll need, and who to call when you're stuck.
Which one do you need?
FACTS has two separate sites with separate logins: the Family Portal for day-to-day school information, and Tuition Management for paying tuition.
Family Portal
Where you'll find your child's school information day to day.
- Grades and attendance
- Lunch account balances and payments
- School handbooks, flyers, and the Buzzbook directory
- Your family's contact information, which is what our emergency alerts use, so keep it current

Tuition Management
Tuition is handled through FACTS Tuition Management, which uses a separate login from the Family Portal.
- Set up a payment plan
- Make a payment or check your balance
- Monthly installments by automatic bank draft or card. Card and debit payments carry a processing fee.

The codes you'll be asked for
Have QND-IL saved from an old email or form? That code is out of date. Use QCS-IL.
We'll help you get in
FACTS isn't always the easiest system to use, and you're not the first person to get locked out of it. Please don't spend an evening fighting with it.
